IEC 60870-5 Client

The IEC 60870 collection of protocols is used in the enegry dispatching. It is designed for long distances and security. Today two variants of IEC 60870-5 are actual. There are two variants: Serial IEC 60870-5-101 and IEC 60870-5-104 for TCP/IP networks.
